I see that the thread about this was locked so I thought I'd bring this back up as it is still an issue for me.

DVD's are un-watchable due to huge amounts of lag with the lip sync and a really juddery picture (some of the time). The lip sync issues seem to be there almost 100% of the time.

I have a very simple setup, HDMI straight into TV.

I've actually had to plug the 360 back in to watch DVDs which is a pain

    :)

I have tried all those steps and still horrible lip sync issues. This is horrendous that I have had to deal with this from launch day. I have a launch ps3 that doesn't do this and that thing is old. I have now had to unplug my xbox and plug back in my
ps3. What other options do i have?

    Lip sync and judder issues

    Hey there Retriever,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing while trying to DVDs. Let's try out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get things sorted.

    1. Uninstall the Blu-ray app.
    2. Power cycle your Xbox One console.
    3. Once the console is off completely, unplug your power supply from the wall and from your console.
    4. Leave everything unplugged for a few minutes.
    5. Plug your console back in and turn it on.
    6. Re-install the Blu-ray app.
    7. Try watching DVDs again.
If these steps don't do the trick, please post back and let us know!
