Lion king 4k uhd not playing on xbox one x

I am now on my second lion king 4k uhd disc that will not work on my xbox one x. Both were new discs.

All my other 4k discs work fine, and none of my game discs fail to be read.

I can see from other error reports that the bluray player seems to be non-compatible with some discs.

The error code I get is 0x91d70000

I have tried full restart of the x, uninstalled the player and reinstalled, same result, disc will not play.

Is this is a software issue (with the drivers for the bluray player), and if so when will it be fixed?

If the software is not going to be fixed (as some discs still arent seemingly compatible) how will you be helping to solve this issue, as the x was not advertised as only capable of playing 'some' 4k discs was it?

Thanks for the reply. In reference to the Error 0x91d70000, XBF Javier is correct with the troubleshooting resources.

Troubleshooting available from Microsoft Xbox:

- How to troubleshoot problems playing a disc on your Xbox One

- Clear Persistent Storage on the Xbox Console :

Xbox Button
System Tab
Settings
Disc & Blu-Ray
Blu-Ray
Persistent Storage
Clear
Repeat step 6 and 7 twice
Power Cycle console

If the issue persists with playing a specific 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray movie disc, you can contact the customer service department of the title’s studio for support.

I know what the page says, i have read it, but just posting a scripted reply about xbox one s, when i have clearly stated mine is a one x, is not really helping.

Have you attempted to follow the steps provided through provided support article?

The following information is provided from that specific support article:

Important for customers in North America and Europe As of 9/21/2016, if you are specifically having trouble with Ultra High Definition (UHD) Blu-ray discs with your Xbox One S console:

The Xbox One S fully complies with Ultra HD Blu-ray requirements; however, we are aware that a limited number of 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray movie discs manufactured earlier in 2016 may not play on the Xbox One
S. This issue has since been corrected, but if you are experiencing a problem playing a specific 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray movie disc, you can contact the customer service department of the title’s studio for support. Note that your console does not require repair
or updates to resolve this particular disc issue. If you need further assistance with this, please
contact Xbox support.
