    I need help!!! I went to play Fortnite on my account on the pc, it lagged badly. So, I went to access on son's Xbox one. I have my own live acct and it would not pull in the connected account. I went back on pc and gave me a link issue, so I unconnected
    my Xbox Live account to the Epic Games account. And then attempt to RE-link the data...my information was linked with my live account, however, I had only played once on Xbox one. When I went to RElink it said my account is linked to another live account....hmmmmmm.....this
    blows.....a little help please.......epic and Microsoft, put your heads together...please

    New Computer, Windows 8, linking Microsoft acct

    I purchased a new computer with Windows 8, I created a new Microsoft acct for it because I don't have access to my email originally associated with my Live/MS acct. I managed to then change the live/MS acct email to my current one (and delete the old one,)
    but my computer created a new Xbox profile when I tried to login to my Xbox live acct. So now I have two XBL accts linked to my MS acct, but I can only access the new one on Xbox.com. Is there anyway I can get my old acct to be the one connected to my MS acct
    and get rid of this new one, or am I stuck with a new XBL acct if I want them linked?

    Im trying to connect to my xbox live acct using the xbox 360 S. however, when i enter my email and password, it tells me that microsoft acct is associated with a different xbox live profile. how do i change this? i made a microsoft live acct specifically
    for the xbox live. i made the acct from my phone.

    I am having similar issue. XBOX requires purchase of Live Gold acct - GOT THAT - still cannot get my son to play multi player,

    how do I link my Live gold acct to my sons profile (HE IS ON MY FAMILY LIST) so he can play multiplayer games????

    Hi! Thanks for your response.

    Unfortunately that info will not help me.. I have dived into the Epic Game acct issue and the epic acct that is associated with his xbox acct on fortnight has a different email under it and has some kind of mix up issue that is separate but also a problem.
    When he originally set up his fortnite acct he ran through all the of the epic game acct prompts so he never actually set up the epic game acct. I tried to go through Epic and fix it but my efforts weren't enough. So that's why we have this issue- the files
    didn't write correctly when he did the last fortnite update last week and now he can't play fortnite at all. So that's why I was trying to see if he could delete and reload his fortnite game without losing his progress but it's looking like that may be his
    only choice anyways if he wants to play fortnite again...

    My son just updated his fortnite game and it is coming up with this error- esp-man-archive and saying there was a problem writing the files. He does NOT have an epic games acct. He skipped that process and now he cant get one because epic says the acct is
    in another email. Anyways, my question is can he delete and reinstall fortnite and keep his fortnite game acct just under his xbox microsoft acct? The drama is real folks.... Thanks for any info!

    Ok, so if i move XBOX LIVE acct 1 from MS acct A to B, and then connect Xbox Live acct 2 to MS acct A, will that be ok? Ill have access to that balance and whatnot?
