Linking Xbox Account To Another Epic Games Account

I have already had MANY issues with linking and 2FA in the past. Just recently, Rocket League added a 2FA for trading. They did the same thing with Fortnite and I had troubles with that. When I was doing 2FA for Fortnite, I put in (email address)@GMAIL.com. I meant to put (email address)@OUTLOOK.com. It ended up sending everything I needed to do 2FA to an account that doesn't exist. I think the email doesn't exist is because when I try to create a Gmail account with that address, it says it doesn't exist and for me to make an account. When I try to make an account, it says that this email already exists and for me to sign in. When I sign in through Microsoft, it just transfers to the (email address)@gmail.com even though the email I out in to sign in is (email address)@outlook.com.

I eventually figured out how to login to the outlook account but there is a slight issue. For some odd reason, my sister's account (CravenGosling37) was linked to the outlook account. I unlinked it because she doesn't play any sort of Epic Games's games. I want to transfer my game progression that was accidentally put onto the Gmail epic games account and put it on the outlook account. I'm not able to re-link or transfer it in any sort of way. I don't want to dig too far on my own because of the chance of me losing my in-game progress. Is there any way I can put my Microsoft account () onto the outlook account?

Any sort of help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I understand I can't link another xbox account to the Epic Games account. I don't wish to use the account it's currently linked to. I have another account.

I'm getting back in touch with Epic Games Support again.

You can only ever link one Xbox account to an Epic account. Once linked, that Epic account is forever tied to the Xbox account. That means you can't link another Xbox account later on to that Epic account. It doesn't matter if they play on the same or different
physical consoles. It doesn't even matter if your kids play on the same account. You just can't link that Epic account to another Xbox account in the future.

You mentioned the game Fortnite, I only know this:

if you access to your account from epic games, you can unlink the epic games account from the xbox account and then, that epic account can be linked to another microsoft account / email.

epic changed it all last year, you can only link one xbox account to an epic account, you can unlink it but you can only relink that same xbox account to that same epic account. I think they did this as people were switching and changing and losing in game content they had bought.

How do I unlink my xbox account from Epic Games so I can link my epic games account to my xbox correctly? Error message is "Sorry your xbl account has already been associated with another Epic Games account"

I have gone to the Epic Games website, logged in using the Xbox link, used my xbl credentials, and it logs me in. However, under Accounts/Connections Xbox is not connected. When I click on connect, I get the message that this xbl account is associated
to another account. It's a never ending circle.
