Linking / Unlinking problems.

I am Trying to link my Microsoft account to my ps4 Minecraft but it has a weird gamer tag one I'm sure my daughter linked yrs ago . I have tried to get that account back with no luck , it doesn't exsist . So I can't sign in with my account because I can't
disconnect hers . I have contacted Microsoft , Mojang, Playstation. Oddly enough Mojang sent me back to Microsoft So here I am , Someone please help have been at this for a couple months now .

Maybe unlinking and linking the accounts might solve the problem. Could you try, please?

Good afternoon Kitty, I have not personally had this issue or tried to resolve it, but I found a thread with a ton of positive feedback and an approved answer. It seems like quite the chore, but appears to work. Link below:

I would cancel, give the console a hard reset, and try again. If that doesn't work, I haven't been able to find any other work-arounds. At that point the best option would be to reach out to Mojang support.

Now I get a unending Signing in screen . Its been like this for almost 30 mins .
