Linking / Unlinking problems , Minecraft Ps4

Every time I try to sign into my Microsoft account in Minecraft on my Ps4 I get this error message . I have tried everything . I contacted Microsoft who sent me to Mojang and then Mojang sent me to Playstation and they sent me back to Microsoft . I know
if its reset I will loose everything bought such as minecoins ect . I don't care , I just want to log my own Microsoft account in . I think my daughter hooked the account in the picture and theres no way of recovering it so I just want it removed . Please
help , I just want to play with my friends on other systems .

Good afternoon Kitty, I have not personally had this issue or tried to resolve it, but I found a thread with a ton of positive feedback and an approved answer. It seems like quite the chore, but appears to work. Link below:

I would cancel, give the console a hard reset, and try again. If that doesn't work, I haven't been able to find any other work-arounds. At that point the best option would be to reach out to Mojang support.

Now I get a unending Signing in screen . Its been like this for almost 30 mins .

Maybe your Microsoft account has been linked to a different ps4 Minecraft account and never unlinked? You might just have to make a new Microsoft account to link it to.

It states:

Linking a Microsoft account to a Playstation® account

WARNING Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.

What happens when I unlink my Microsoft account?

IMPORTANT Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, it cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms. 

According to this thread you can unlink the accounts: Minecraft PS4: Unlinking Microsoft Account - Microsoft Community

However, even if you unlink it, according to Mojang you can only Re-link it to the original account, you cannot link a different PlayStation account to the Microsoft account.
