Linking Twitter to Xbox one "That didnt work,try again"

Ive been trying off and on to link my twitter and xbox accounts but always get the "That didnt work, Try again" message. I have rechecked password etc multiple times every time I try. I have gone through all settings in both Xbox and twitter. My Nat on
Xbox one is not restricted. Any solution ?

You can try linking on PC via the Xbox Console Companion app, or the Game Bar (Win + G). Just head over to Settings and click Twitter to link your account.

If this doesn't work, you can try deleting the link from Twitter's end by going to
More > Settings and privacy > Apps and sessions. Look for either
Xbox Game Bar or Xbox One Social and revoke access for these apps. By doing this, you're removing any Xbox accounts linked to your Twitter handle, basically starting off from scratch.

have you tried linking your xbox and twitter account on a browser instead of xbox it might solve the issue

Make sure you are entering the data correctly, clear the cache and try again.

Doubt they are even aware of the link.....their Twitter support account didnt know anything about it
