Linking switch fortnite account to current Xbox gold

My son plays on Nintendo switch with a fortnite name and I have an Xbox gold account currently and I want to add him to my account and allow his current screenname to link up. How do I do this?

I have Xbox one that has my Fortnite account on it I want to switch it over to my playstation account buh it asking my old Microsoft email I changed previously into my current one so now only my old account get the security code and not my current account I'm trying to switch over

Fortnite is not tied to Gamepass. Currently, you can play Fortnite if you own Xbox Live Gold.

Just to clarify is the issue that you have two Epic (Fortnite) accounts that are linked to two different Outlook e-mail addresses, and the epic account that is currently linked to your Xbox is the incorrect one?

A Gold subscription is required to play online on Xbox. Since Fortnite is an online only game, you need Gold to play it.
