    Linking Playstation 4 to Minecraft


    Hi

    We have managed to link minecraft to his playstation network account, however we are unable to sign in and play online.

    When we try and log in on the playstation, the system asks us to go to

    aka.ms/remoteconnect

    We type the code in and log in as our Son, his account is locked down with parental settings, we then log in as a parent as per the request. Once we have logged in we get a message:

    This child already has parental consent for their Microsoft account. And are presented with a cancel button only. However the playstation will not allow us into the game. We used the setting to advise a parent could not log in immediatly and the game worked for 24 hours. However whenever we try and log in we just get into the same loop.

    We have previously had an XBOX and have now deleted that from our microsoft account in attempt to get round this with no joy?

    I have also tried setting up a different account for my son, however the playstation advises it is already linked to a different microsoft account!

    Any ideas?

    And I linked same Minecraft to my PlayStation network.
