Linking EA and XBOX live accounts

Discus and support Linking EA and XBOX live accounts in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am very frustrated that I cannot allow my sons to play Apex with their older brothers because of their age.     Linking EA and XBOX live accounts


    I am very frustrated that I cannot allow my sons to play Apex with their older brothers because of their age. They are 9 and have played similar games (Fortnite, etc...) with no issues. As a parent, I should still be able to make decisions for my children
    despite the fact that EA or Xbox do their best to protect them. I certainly appreciate both sides trying to protect children from certain games, but as a parent, I should still be able to provide permission and select a "waiver" for both EA and Xbox from
    liability. I shouldn't have to lie about my kids ages when I create their accounts. I would rather be honest and be a good example to my children than to lie and cheat a process. Please help.

    Hii, I found this solution on Reddit and it worked for me.

    1) Go to help.ea.com

    2) Click "Log In"

    3) Sign in with Xbox live -> there is an option to sign in using XBOX credentials -> use the xbox account you want to link to your EA Account

    4) Now he want a new EA ID -> type something in to create a new EA Account

    5) Signed in with the new EA Accout go to "Accounts" -> "Connections"

    6) unlink the Xbox Live Account from the new created EA Account (now the xbox Account is "clean")

    7) restart your PC

    8) Start the Xbox App and try to install an EA Play Game -> Now he ask you which EA Account you want to link

    9) Sign in with your EA Account you want to link.

    What happens when you select the "Xbox Live" link in the error message? Where does it take you and what are the instructions on the following screen after clicking the link?

    Did you ever link your Xbox account with EA at any point when playing an EA game on the Xbox Live service, or are you trying to create an EA account for the first time using your Xbox Lice account?
