Linking Battlenet and Live (not being recognised in-game)

Howdy All,

I have already linked my Battle net and Xbox Live account successfully, but when I am in the game and it say's press [Y] to link account it navigates me to the battle net logon page. When I log in, it says that my account is already linked.

My problem is that the game (at least from what I am seeing) does not seem to recognise my accounts are linked, i.e. no Diablo 3 gift for linking my accounts. Can anyone confirm that this is a issue and having the same problem, or better know of a fix?

When you get a chance, let's try signing out of the console, then sign back in. Are you still being prompted to purchase Xbox Live Gold?

Xbox live not being recognised ?

I've been having an issue connecting to any multi player game the past few days, when i try to play multiplayer i get directed to a page asking me to get an xbox live gold membership even though i have an active gold membership until February 2019. Ive checked
the network connection and the multiplayer connection and everything is fine and ready to go, also i can use all the other applications that i need gold membership for just not multiplayer ! I deleted my profile and done a hard reset and added my profile again
but its still the same problem, everything checks out fine but it still asks me to get gold membership when i try to play online. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

 

Not sure , they haven't made iit available for digital download and it's 1:30 am now

 

As of this writing, battle.net is down. This may be directly related to your issue.

(And they better get that digital download online by midnight Pacific time, or I may just... I dunno. Maybe I'll talk a walk or read a book instead of gaming.)

 

i hope theres no issues once the digital download drops, only a half hour hopefully.

I linked mine and i found my.gift in my chest. It is a legendary ring

 

I linked my accounts successfully and my mailbox was still empty. How long should it take for the legendary ring to appear?

 

After I linked accounts, I had to quit the game and relaunch. Then, the ring was in the the stash chest.

I am unable to get my progress from Xbox 360 version to import to Xbox One. I guess I'm starting all over ...

 

Thinking of getting D3 UEE soon. How do we link our accounts?

 

Zip. On the 360 did you select export in the "more" option menu.

 

Linked my earlier and never got my ring either. Lucky though I did get my save to transfer, least my character transferred fine, but lost my story progress.

 

I'm having the character save data transfer issue. It's same 360 console with my data on my external hard drive, I've installed both games (Diablo 3 original and RoS) still nothing. Any advice? Because Xbox Live help couldn't seem to give me any tips.

 

It doesnt let you know in game if its linked or not, just go check your stash after you link online and it will be there.

 

Same issue. Is there any fix for this?
