    hi,

    last week i bought nfs payback for my xbox one x. when starting the game i was asked for the ea account it should log on to, there comes the probem. I did connect to the wrong ea account.

    when i start the game again, it wil automatic connect to this wrong account.

    i contacted ea and revoked the link with the xbox one x xbox live. but when i start the game again it cant connect to the ea account, thats fine when you shouldnt get as only 2 choise: relink and close. when i say relink, it relinks again to the wrong account
    and when i say close, i cant play multiplayer or go online.

    ea services did send me a responds mail that they cant do more dan revoke the link and that i need to contact xbox or microsoft for the support.

    can you please help me?

    as a work around i was thinking of creating a new xbox account but i cant get my gamers tag because i have it already in use with this account. link xbox one account to ea account :( a bit desperate, finely bought my firt xbox the one x and cant use it the way i want to.

    The other account could play the games but they'd need to be on your account to download any EA Access games or to get the 10% discount on EA games.

    I have two different account on my Xbox one for me and one for my son. If I got ea access on one of the accounts could the other account play those games.

    Your XBox and EA Accounts Don't Match" - Hacked Account, or EA/MS Scam?

    when you load an ea game on the xbox console be it 360 or one and dont log into an ea account it usually creates one, you can log into ea with an xbox account or email, it is a daft system.

    you need to log into ea with your xbox account and remove the link then log into your normal ea account with the email address and then link.

    if you cannot do it then open a ticket with EA for assistance.

    If the account is not linked to an EA account you can create another EA account and link your Xbox account with it.

    On the EA app login screen you have the option to do this with your Xbox account, the same one you linked EA account to.

    If you had a previous account linking and it doesnt say "EA play with game pass" under settings-> my account -> my membership in EA Desktop app then I suggest

    - Clicking Manage from the settings in EA Desktop app to go to the EA customer portal website and under Connections disconnect the xbox account

    - Then log out of EA Desktop and exit both apps

    - Then install a EA game from xbox app

    It will log you into EA Desktop and link accounts giving "EA play with game pass" membership and start downloading from EA Desktop app

    Note it says you can only ever link one xbox account to your EA account

    Perhaps you could link another EA account to your Microsoft account but you would have to unlink the accounts first to link another one. As the account linking service is external, it is up to the EA to do this.
