Link in program acceptance email redirects to xbox page

She needs to log in at Xbox.com, she should be redirected to a Terms of Use acceptance page. Once she accepts, it should prompt for the parental account to also accept the Terms.

She is not redirected to a Terms of Use acceptance page. I don't know where we went wrong. Is there another way to accept the Terms of Use?

Dear Nathan, I followed to your advice and I got the page: Microsoft Family Safety I saw that my son's profile is not ready but is on the status: member on waiting, request sent to user (my son's Microsoft email's address for signing ) and when I choose the option accept right now and I am redirected to son's email address and when I signed in I was again redirected to page where is said: 'This account requires parental or guardian consent' which I confirmed and I will log in with a Microsoft account and consent is given then I would log in with a Microsoft account and gave my consent to be redirected to my Microsoft log in and then the page told me to wait and the message appears again: something's not working, It's not you, it's us.

To accept the terms of use you should log in with your Microsoft Accounts (that's the one top of the list in email+accounts on the phone) at Xbox.com. It should then automatically redirect you to a page where you can accept the new Terms of Use. If you are
using a child account, the parent will be asked to log in immediately after to verify your acceptance.

That link is redirecting me to a 404-not found page. I think it is because that page is not available in my language (I am italian, but I can't understand why is redirecting)
