Link account epic games

I have this problem with the connected epic games accounts. I disconnected my xbox live account because I didn't see the right gamertag, I changed , but when I tried to reconnect it they tell me to use
the data from the previous gamertah but I haven't changed anything except the gamertag, how do i solve.

If you changed your gamertag lately it could take up to 24hrs to get everything back to normal.If problems still persist after this period you should contact support.Epic games account related issues ....i would contact them

I have to try, I disconnected the account only yesterday.

Have you tried removing the profile and then reloading it? You could also try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back
of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

The email is always the same, I only have the microsoft one for the xbox, and I contacted epic games support but for them I have to check my xbox account. I have only changed gamertag.

Sounds like when you first signed up with Epic, you used a different email. If you are having issues with the Epic account you will need to go to Epic games support. From the main page of

Epic games Fortnite select help at the top.
