I haven't had any problems for 2 months, now all of a sudden - bang - MS bingo says it's a problem with the server. What happened??

Everytime I try to open the Mahjong app, I get an error code saying I have to reinstall. I keep trying to do that, but the error code continues to pop up. The code is 0x80240024. Help! I miss my Mahjong. Thank you!

I'm sorry to see any issues launching Mahjong! That error seems to be more related to a Windows update rather than the app itself. Have you updated your PC lately? If you haven't, you'll want to go into Settings from the Start menu, and then click on Update
& security.

Let me know if that helps out! We'll have to look into other options for troubleshooting if this doesn't work.
