    Individual License Transfer?

    You can't transfer individual linceses, you have to transfer all of them. And be aware that if you do so, you would not be able to it again in a whole year.

    Halo 4 Alpha Priority

    So I downloaded the Halo 4 Aplha Priority but when I tried to redownload it on my new Xbox the content does not download. I even transfered Lincese and reownloaded it. Still nothing. What should I do?

    Lincese transfer

    License transfers are meant to be used in the event that you get a new console and are transferring your licenses to your own console, not to share stuff with friends. That can be considered marketplace theft.
