Discus and support Limited Menu When Logged In To Xbox Live Account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; There is no "download" button on the apps whenever I am logged in to my xbox live account.     Limited Menu When Logged In To Xbox Live Account


    There is no "download" button on the apps whenever I am logged in to my xbox live account.

    Please help.

    Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

    The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

    Could someone help me please?!

    Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

    Just logged out of my live and retried Netflix says I need to log into Xbox live ? Do you all have home option selected on one Xbox or something

    I have a password logging on my live account but that should not matter

    And yes Netflix asks to sign into live when I try to use it. I have tried to remove Netflix signed out of live and tried to reinstall it but again asks to sing into live

    Freezes my console after signing in to live

    For those still have issue logging your account to dashboard. Can try my method. I fix it by using below method, it work with my freezing in logging to dashboard with my account.

    1) Power on xbox 360 and skip login to go offline mode. While in offline mode, place in game disc and startup your game. When in game , press the silver button to bring up the guide menu. It will have no problem login your account to xbox live.

    2) While your account is connected to xbox live successfuly and xbox guide menu is still open, hold the right trigger (RT) and press Y button to refresh the xbox home dashboard menu.

    3) Shut down and reboot

    4) Try login to xbox live again but this time in the main menu and see whether it work.

    A little bit more information..,

    on Lego Star Wars the Xbox Live option on the menu is greyed out. When you try to Load a saved game, the message that "no gamer profile is active" even though we are logged in to an Xbox One account with live access. Thanks again.

    The way the family sharing works is the profiles that are on the "Home" Xbox are able to access all of the features and games available that the primary account purchases without the primary account being logged in. The Primary account can then Log
    into a different Xbox and still have the same features and access to the Games.

    The Secondary accounts are not allowed to access the live features or digital games when they are not on the home Xbox, Unless the Primary is logged in with them to the same one.

    Because of this limitation you are only able to share between two Xbox ones at a time.
