    Limited edition steel book damaged


    picked up my limited edition steel book and was disappointed after I took the plastic wrapper and the sleeve off the steel book. The steel book was broken into 2 separate pieces. just paid $99 for a damaged case. got it from gamestop. I don't think they
    will let me exchange it. do you think Microsoft would exchange it?

    I would have bought a smaller limited edition with steel book case, with DVD and artbook for about £50-£60.

    You would need to take it back to gamestop as that's where you bought it from.

    It's not something Microsoft can help you with as you didn't buy it from them.
