Limited edition controller not working

Hi all,

I have a chrome ltd edition controller which is not working properly, the x button isn't working.

I can't find a serial number anywhere on the controller to register it on the service center, there are 2 numbers in behind the battery pack but neither of them work. Is this a case where I have to ring support or is there any way I can do it myself online?

Brand new creeper controller RT & LT not working

I just bought the Xbox one minecraft limited edition console 1TB that came with one wireless creeper controller and of course minecraft the game . The RT & LT buttons are not working so I can’t play at all . I synched the controller , changed the batteries
, changed the sensitivity of the controller but nothing is working - pls help

 

Why hasn't MS released the white controller yet?

I'm happy with my Limited Edition Titanfall controller for my second controller alongside my Day One Edition controller!

http://myservice.xbox.com my advise is to contact Xbox Support, they should be able to request a repair for you.
