Limited download speed on Xbox app

Hello, when I download a game from xbox app my download speed is maximum 5 MB/s when my default speed is 75 MB/s. I tried download game from steam and its normal, I have this problem only on xbox app and origin/EA app. I checked many solutions to the problem that were on the internet but none fixed it.

Yes it is latest version and i tried on my both drives (SSD and HDD) with same result

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Is your Xbox app updated to the latest version? Also do you have the Xbox App installing games to the same drive as Steam?

there are many variables that will determine the max download speed, in quite a few cases the download speed is determined by the ISP and the subscription you have with them, that usually has a maximum download speed, so it might be best to try and find
out what that is for your situation. The network devices in your network could also be a limitation on the maximum download speed you can reach.

Games these days are also quite large (on any current generation console) so that will take time.

Thank you for your post. I understand you are looking for a way to limit download speed on your Xbox One. Speed limiting for downloads is not an available feature for the Xbox One, a way around this could be through your router's configurations. Many routers
made recently have options for limiting bandwidth to devices on the network.
