    Limited 4k Netflix content?


    I have an Xbox one s and a 4k tv with the Netflix 4k subscription. It seems to me that on the Xbox 4k content on Netflix is limited or held back to a certain extent because I tried to watch any Netflix marvel series like Daredevil or Jessica Jones in 4k
    on my Xbox and all it gave me was HD with hdr. But on my PS4 pro the shows can be displayed at Ultra hd 4k. Which is weird because I also watch house of cards and on both systems it can be played at Ultra HD 4k. Any way to help or any comments about this?

    X1 and 4K...

    Amazon had a heck of a deal on a 49" 4K LED tv I could not pass up. I know there is very limited 4K content broad cast right now but I did upgrade my Netflix to the Ulta HD package. Now will I get the 4K through my X1 Netflix of will I have to watch via
    my Netflix on the TV to get the ultra HD???r

    Amazon certainly does have 4K content, I've watched some of it. Netflix has much more 4k content though.

    There are problems with the Netflix app and settings for 4K content and 2K content. I have Sony 940D 4k TV and XBOX is forcing me to change all the brightness and contrast settings for 4K UHD disks. And those settings then make the 2K content too dark and
    I have to set them again. When watching content directly on the TV using the Android TV Netflix app both 4K and 2K content from Netflix display properly. I have tried 4K discs of The Martian, Independence Day, Batman VS Superman, Star Trek and Star Trek Into
    Darkness and all exhibit the same behavior. Watching Stranger Things or Wet Hot American Summer on Netflix looks fine when I use the settings for the UHD discs but when I switch to Marvel Agents of Shield the picture is way too dark. I know that the app has
    been upgraded to 4K and I am paying the additional Netflix fee to get the 4K content so would appreciate some help and insight into fixing this. Thanks!
