Thanks for coming to the forums. The error you are getting has nothing to do with reputation. It is the phone number being used. When it is on more than one account you can get this error. Also, if you are verifying an account, or signing in too much you
will also get this message. We recommend wait a full 24 hours and do not attempt anything on the accounts. This will give it time to reset. Then try what you are wanting to do. If continue to have issues, then come back and let us know after the 24 hour wait
period.

Thanks for the update. The best thing would be to continue to follow up with the support agent that emailed you. reason being is they are able to see a lot more than we are able to.

Minha conta tenta conectar pelas seção de contas do meu computador pelo Windows 10, mas este é o único acesso que pode estar tentando ser feito durante o dia. De qualquer forma, já tem mais de 4 dias com este problema e a outra conta da minha filha não está
registrada em nenhum lugar que poderia tentar conectar automaticamente, mas ela também não está funcionando. Vou tentar, novamente esperar até amanhã, mas se alguém do suporte responsável por isto não mudar alguma configuração, sinceramente tenho poucas esperanças.
Respondi a mensagem do suporte enviada falando que não estava funcionando e estou aguardando a resposta (mas não tem 24hs que fiz este último contato respondendo o email que foi enviado e estou esperando pela resposta). Obrigado por enquanto e se conseguir
aviso.

My account tries to connect through the accounts section of my computer through Windows 10, but this is the only access that may be trying to be done during the day.
Anyway, I already have more than 4 days with this issue and my daughter's other account is not registered anywhere that could try to connect automatically, but it isn't working either.
I will try again to wait until tomorrow, but if someone from the support responsible for this does not change any settings, I sincerely have little hope.

Agradeço pela ajuda e minha esperança é realmente que neste segundo contato a partir do email com as instruções padrão que não funcionaram isso seja resolvido. Eu atualizarei aqui se este for o caso, o que sinceramente espero muito pois o videogame chegou
e meus filhos conseguem jogar apenas o jogo que veio junto. A ansiedade deles está grande.

Thanks for the help and my hope is really that in this second contact from the email with the default instructions that did not work this will be resolved.

Olá, se ele te manda de volta a uma página em um navegador, experimente limpar o cache de seu navegador e saia de sua conta e faça login novamente, caso continue tente fazer as alterações em outro dispositivos...
