Limit on gift cards

Hi everyone,

I have an issue regarding gift cards. Obviously i cant redeem any further cards due to me reaching a limit. My question is how long do i have to wait before its reset or is there a way i can contact some type of support at microsoft to give me assistance.
To date i have tried contacting support to no avail. Very frustrated. It has been 4 days with the same message

"First, spend a little"
