    bonjour,

    j'ai acheté plusieurs "carte cadeau" sur un site depuis un mois

    le 28/10/18 50euros

    le 4/11 25

    le 5/11 50

    le 17/11 25

    le 22/11 50

    le 23/11 50

    j 'ai le message d'erreur, je voulais savoir quand je pourrais mettre ma dernière carte de 50e

    je pensais le 28/11 mais j ai toujours ce message...

    quelqu’un a une idée

    I guess there is a maximum amount of money you can have on your account.

    For example I still have 2 years of Game Pass to redeem but I've already reached the limit so I need to wait.

    Have you spent the money on your account?

    If not, try spending some (if you need to buy something of course!) and redeeming the new one.

    I had a quick look on the internet, for France the limit is 250€.

    Hey, no problem at all.

    It says a 30-days period. Sometimes it can take a little longer i guess.

    Try to redeem it via
    xbox.com/redeem     (Making sure it is your account). If this is still not working, I'd say wait another day just to be sure, and then reach your local xbox support here.

    It's funny but xbox live right now is having troubles Using prepaid cards or codes.

    It's seems it is not your day right now!

    But yes, wait few hours and after the alert is gone try redeeming your card Limit Exceeded :)

    It should work!
