Limbo message auto deleted but have code, but xbox one says invalid code try another code.

Hello,

I have been using my xbox one since launch day and received the free code for limbo so I wrote it down and was going to download

at a later date. well when I was ready to download xbox one says invalid code try again. well xbox one only keeps messages for 30

days so when I went back the message was deleted. Is there any way your Tech guys can resend the message or send me a new

one? I would really appreciate your help in this Matter.

It may be that you wrote the code down incorrectly. Sometimes B can be mistaken for 8, O for 0 or even Z for 2.

Double check all possibilities.

 

I tried all possibilities and I still get wrong code try again??

Sorry for posting so much but nobody seems to be replying to them . I also like many others have lost my message with the code but I wrote the code down before the message was erased but I must of wrote it down wrong because every time I try to use tee code
it tells me invalid code try another, and yes I've tried all the possibilities. but thanks for the suggestion onyx62is CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP??

That's a big mistake. Send a pm to the person I mentioned above. She may be able to help you out.

the code from. I also have the Day One achievement and the screensavers that was sent out for day one and year one. I noticed that the code I wrote down was only 20 characters instead of 25 that's

why it would be nice if I still had the original message that was sent but don't because it was auto deleted by xbox. I mentioned in my previous post my apologies to all that replied to my post's

and just wanted to know was there any way that I could get the message resent or a new code.
