LIMBO is a slap in the face to loyal xbox players

I received my xbox free game for being an early adopter of the xbox and I felt like xbox wanted me to return my game system by giving me a game that I wanted to break my system playing because it took fifteen minutes to beat I just figured that xbox doesn't
like their players because if they truly want to appreciate their players they would offer a better game to their players because that was a disappointment to not only myself but other xbox members as well

A slap in the face to loyal Xbox customers

I am trying to redeem my MyVIP Gems for a 3-month Xbox Live subscription. I have been checking the "redeem" page nearly every day for at least a month and everything besides virtual currency for free-to-play games has been
consistently out of stock. How is it that Microsoft can be out of stock of digital subscription codes?

As a loyal Xbox customer for almost 12 years, who has spent thousands of dollars on Xbox games, hardware, and subscriptions, I am extremely angry that I am unable to redeem my hard-earned Gems for what I want, and even angrier to learn that if I
don't redeem them by June 15th then my $25 worth of Gems becomes worth less than $1 in Microsoft Reward Points.

This is no way for a company to treat its customers, it is a huge slap in the face, and this will make me think twice about continuing to spend money on Xbox and Microsoft products and services in the future.

 

I'm sorry you want that game I feel sorry for you especially since that game was a big disappointment and I'm only posting this because I want xbox to remove it from my download history and send me an actual appreciation gift since LIMBO was a slap in the
face rather then a thank you

 

I see, here I gave xbox as a company almost 24 hours to reply to my post and still they ignore me I will take this post and publicize it in order for the entire community to see how much xbox cares about their players

 

I suggest you show some patience. For one, you gave them a 24 hour time limit on a WEEKEND when support does not work (as well as it being a holiday weekend). Requests/questions are answered in the order they are received with oldest being answered first
- and if you bump up your post with additional comments you are moving yourself further down the queue. And finally, why you may not be appreciative of the free gift Microsoft sent you it does not entitle you to demand something better or different because
it didn't suit you.

 

There were a lot of people who did not receive this or other gifts as they were completely random. We must also bear in mind that Xbox gives their Gold membership holders 2 free games per month on the 360 and 2 free games per month on the One (one game
carries over an extra month).

With all these freebies that are being handed out plus the excellent sales that have been given we should all realize just how luck we are. Did you see the sale for Titanfall this weekend? $15 for the full game plus DLC is a great offer.

Be patient and enjoy what you have. I'm sure they have more surprises for us all in the future.

 

Yes. How dare they give you a free game for no reason other than "Xbox One came out a year ago".
