Limbo Code Disappeared From Messages

Hey guys!

Sorry if a solution has been answered for this, it's just hard as hell to sort through the millions of topics on this forum.

So, I went yesterday into my messages to finally redeem my code for Limbo that I had been waiting to use, as I didn't even know until recently that Limbo had been released on the Xbox One. Much to my chagrine... both the message from Xbox and the code contained
within were GONE. Straight up disappeared. I have yet to delete messages from my inbox, and I barely have any, so it's not like they were full and overflowed or anything.

Can anyone help me here? Seems like a bit of a backhanded gift if it was just removed from my messages due to expiry or something when no mention of expiry was in the message

My message with my Limbo code also disappeared before I installed it. Is there anyway you can send me my code as well?

Hi

I purchased Xbox one on day one and received message through Xbox dash board outlining that I was going to receive code for free download of Limbo.

The code came through about a week later.

I have just returned from overseas and was about to download game but the messages i was sent have both disappeared is there anyway I can retrieve messages/code so I can download the game was really looking forward to playing it?

 

Messages expire after 30 days; based on the number of people suddenly reporting this I would say that's what happened.

I've seen Support Agents deal with similar threads so just hang tight and one should swing by and might be able to help you out.

A day later, wondering if there is any official word on how I can get my Limbo code back.

 

Glad to see it's not just me. I was waiting until I got my new hard drive, noticed it's gone.

 

Yeah, shame that I still haven't heard from anyone, and Support isn't responding to my inquiries.

 

Had the exact same problem, would love to get that code back

 

And yet another day has passed. Multiple people have posted saying they have this issue. Will there be a response?

Hate to bring up an old thread but is there anyway I could get my code back also? Would be appreciated.
