[mod removed] is going on different sites and club making foul comments, toxic comments, harassing other players, laughing at them for being poor, has either made other Fake Bot Accounts to harass other players in nasty comments, other players has asked for him or her to shut up and leave but doesn't listen to them and starts messaging them through xbox messages on how they suck, or need to die an such other harmful attitude giving to other people, giving this Report you ned to fix your site from giving details on everything besides getting to the point, i have looked for a file complaints all i see is details for xbox, fix your mistakes as well as for the exploiter problems

You would need to report them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate. If you can't do it from an Xbox, you can report them from the Xbox app.

Microsoft do not listen to reports like this one the forums.

If you would like an investigation report him with the Xbox Feature 'File Complaint'.

This is the ONLY way of getting an enforcement teams attention!

The only thing you can do is report/file a complaint the said members through the Xbox options provided on your console so the Enforcement Team can start a proper investigation. Informations can be found here on how to do a report/file a complaint

As for getting report/file a complaint feedback, unfortunately the Enforcement Team is not mandated to do so and will most likely not give information about the occuring investigation regarding reports.

It takes time for the enforcement team to investigate reports. So the incident likely occurred weeks prior to the enforcement. You can file a case review if eligible. the enforcement team does not use the forums.
