    Like other players jigsaw jamer wont work because the adds does not work for some reason


    I have been having trouble with the daily Jigsaw jammer since mid of dec 16 and from 1/1 17 its impossible to get the program to work it looks ok in the beginning, and you are waiting for the adds but after 5-8 sec you are only presented with your computers
    basic standard screen and the program shuts down completly. You should try to fix this bug as fast as possible.

    Jigsaw jam does not acknowledge Finishing puzzles

    Trying out Microsoft Jigsaw. The daily challenges, are fun. However The Jigsaw Jam has not acknowledged full completion of all puzzles when I have done so. This does not happen all the time but when it does the only way can finish is to reboot, load Jigsaw
    fresh and try again and it usually works, this work around has failed once, worked after second reboot.

    I enjoy Microsoft solitare also -- so far jigsaw is disappointing as a comparison due to this error.

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    This happened to me, I had to manually go in and transfer the DLCs from the external to the internal, for some reason the game wont register all of the add ons and the game wont work if some of them are on the external hard drive and vice versa.
