Like everyone else, game keeps freezing and restarting and then won't load.

For the past few weeks I have had multiple problems:

-the game will move really slowly and then tell me I've put numbers where I haven't

-the game will then freeze while the clock keeps moving

-the game will all of a sudden stop responding and/or shut down

-Sometimes all of the daily challenges I've completed will disappear

-Sometimes the game won't load at all

The game is up to date. I have tried reinstalling it. I have tried rebooting my computer. My computer is up to date with antivirus protection and updates. This only happens in Sudoku and Jigsaw, not other programs.

This seems to be especially prevalent with certain ads, but will happen at random times, too. It's making the game unplayable. This is extremely frustrating and should be fixed ASAP.

if it keeps happening, you can try uninstalling and then restarting the console, then re load the game
