So it seems a lot of people are having the same issue and I can’t seem to get a clear answer on what the problem is!?

So to be clear;

1. I have the deluxe edition purchased from the Microsoft Xbox store. It says it in lovely letters on my Xbox via the sore app.

2. If I click on the deluxe edition (which it says I own) it says Check back in a little while. We’re having trouble getting your stuff right now.

3. If I click on the standard version it says I don’t own the game but can download it because I have it included in the deluxe edition.

4. So I can only download the standard edition with the two dlc included in that.

5. So I’m missing the entirety of the deluxe edition because it’s currently not available.

6. Please don’t tell me that I need to visit some dude in the second chapter because the issue is the content isn’t available to download in the first place.

This seems to be a problem which a few people have faced. What’s the issue and if it’s trying to be fixed why is the game still being sold without any notice saying (Hey this isn't working you may want to wait to buy it!).

When will this be fixed? A clear update would be appreciated. Thanks team!

I meant, try searching them through the Xbox app game search field. If they are searchable, you could try to install it directly from the app to your console.

If they couldn't be found, I am afraid that our best option is to report it.

Thank you for the speedy reply it’s greatly appreciated. To answer your questions;

The add ons are not showing in the game management section. Only the base game with the two dlc everyone gets.

Iv had it with a number of games when Iv purchased deluxe editions or similar where I can’t install that particular edition but I can the base game and then the add ons show up in the management section. For example I bought Dead Island 2 Gold edition. If I clicked that edition it wouldn’t let me download it even though it says you own this. So I click the basic version and it lets me install it. Under the management section of the game it then lets me select all the content for the gold edition. So no drama!

In this case it isn’t happening sadly. None of the extra content is available to download. Interestingly If I go into the game and select the downloadable content from the in game menu it says I own everything! However if I click it, it wants to charge me for it…..very strange!

Iv got my Xbox app connected to my Xbox and I can’t seem to find how I managed content from the app? I can select to launch the game but I can’t seem to find how to install extra content from the app. Do you have a guid on how to do this so I can try your suggestion?

Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's see what we can do about that here.

To confirm, have you already tried to check your add-ons or DLCs using the steps below?

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).

Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.

Select Install, to confirm the installation.

If so, try to access the game's DLC via the Xbox app on mobile and check if you could install them from there to your console.
