    Lifting my ban


    I was recently banned from Xbox chat. Someone messaged me harassing me so I answers back using the word “b****” joking around with him. He then replied “have fun being banned b” and then I was banned from Xbox. I would appreciate it to get my account back
    by tomorrow. I’m a big gamer and play with friends and am I police officer. I do not agree with these results and feel it’s unfair that someone can just click a button and do that to me. I would greatly appreciate it to give me back my account because this
    is honestly ridiculous. I did. It do anything wrong. If anything be initiated it by messaging me first and he should be banned not me. I would like by Xbox chat back now because this is insane that someone could do that. I pay money for this and I should not
    Be banned because of some lite kid sending out a report. Reverse this ban please!

    To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com However, since you responded in a way that violates the code of conduct, it's highly unlikely to be oveturned.

    I too agree that you should not be banned for something that you pay for, such as Xbox Live, but thats not the point. Regardless of if it was a joke or not, it still violates to code of conduct. If he said "Have fun being banned" that also violates the terms
    of use, so please report him for it. Here from the forums we cannot reverse a ban, your only chance is to submit a case review by clicking here.

    I did contact them to get the ban lifted as soon as it happened but because of my repeat offences at the time they decided to not lift the ban, thanks for your response :)

    How long is my communication ban?

    The time the ban lifts should be right at the end of the ban reason. If it's not there then the ban has already lifted.

    Its been fixed finally. My ban given 2 hours prior to my lift. And it took a hour for it to be actually lifted.

    I have been falsely banned for 2 years now before the new enforcement program was released I did my time may I be unbanned now?

    If the enforcement team did not lift the ban when you submitted the appeal, then the ban won't be lifted. Any permanent bans given prior to the strike system being put in place, were not lifted.
