Lifting ban or shortening

I recent received a messages from someone on Xbox called me trash and garbage and harassed me with all different things, I told him to leave me alone but he continued to harass. I told him to **** off and proceeded to continue and I blocked him. He then
went on to go though and like everything single thing I’ve ever done giving me 76 notifications which I have proof of and went onto a different account to message me. He reported me and got me com banned for two weeks even though he harassed me way worse and
started the entire thing. Swearing isn’t always worse than pure harassment. Please help lift my ban or shorten it

Lifting my ban

I was recently banned from Xbox chat. Someone messaged me harassing me so I answers back using the word “b****” joking around with him. He then replied “have fun being banned b” and then I was banned from Xbox. I would appreciate it to get my account back
by tomorrow. I’m a big gamer and play with friends and am I police officer. I do not agree with these results and feel it’s unfair that someone can just click a button and do that to me. I would greatly appreciate it to give me back my account because this
is honestly ridiculous. I did. It do anything wrong. If anything be initiated it by messaging me first and he should be banned not me. I would like by Xbox chat back now because this is insane that someone could do that. I pay money for this and I should not
Be banned because of some lite kid sending out a report. Reverse this ban please!

http://enforcement.xbox.com It doesn't matter how a suspension starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report them and block communications rather than respond.

It's always best to just ignore this type of behavior, and block the player if need be, and report them if you feel it to be necessary.

In terms of having you ban lifted or shortened your only option is a
case review.

You're just not understanding.

The ONLY way is to file for a case review,posting on the forums will do absolutely nothing.

No one on the forums can shorten your suspension or lift your ban.

You have to file for a case review,if you have already done that & the decision was upheld then that's it,that account will remain banned forever or if it's a suspension then you have to wait it out.

Nobody cares if you play on the PS4,that's entirely up to you.

the best way to shorten it is to avoid doing anything that will get you banned.

The time the ban lifts should be right at the end of the ban reason. If it's not there then the ban has already lifted.
