Lifted suspension still have chat issues

I'm inquiring about my gamertag was suspended on the 17th for a week and when it was lifted I still couldn't talk to my friends & now its the 29th & I still have the problem please fix. I tried Xbox support but they said I have to post on a forum
to get help. I'm ticked about this please fix asap

Hey there, TRIGGAbunz! Sorry to see you are running into this. One of the ways to resolve this is to simply unplug your console for 10 minutes and try again. If that doesn't work, I'm sorry to say that only time is what resolves this right now. We are actively
working with the right teams to ensure it's fixed, but we will provide updates in
this thread. Keep an eye there for those updates!

Hey there SquidLips1337.

Are you still having trouble with voice chat or has the issue cleared up? Generally the suspension lifts at the original time it was placed, so there is some confusion as to why some people are unable to voice chat. Keep us in the loop

A case review wouldn't guarantee the suspension would be lifted and it can still take a few days to receive a response from a review, if the suspension is eligible. A suspension would only be lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake in issuing the suspension.
