Lifted ban console

I am writing/creating a thread regarding the lift date of my banned console. I was able to talk to a support representative of Xbox and found out that the sanction on my console (banned console) will be lifted at Jun 26, 2017 10:31:31 PM which should have
been lifted by today however, It seems that the banned on my console is still activated and I am unable to use any profiles on my Xbox console still.

I have contacted the support today under the case number: [Mod Removed]. was able to confirm that the banned on my console has been lifted.

I would appreciate if you would be able to take a look at my case further and let me know on what is the reason behind this. I am willing to cooperate and work with all the information that you need from my end for us to get the console working again. Looking
forward to play on the console as well since the lift date of the banned console already passed as well.

no some console bans can be lifted

Console bans are permanent and will not be lifted.

 

Support are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement.

Console bans are either permanent or a 30 day temp suspension.

Either way,console bans can not be appealed.If it was a 30 day suspension then it will end 30 days after it started.

As the enforcement team do not use the forums there is nothing anyone here can do other than point you to the enforcement site
here where you can find info on any enforcement actions you have.
