lift Communication ban

I recently received a communucation ban and yet the person who reported me proceeded to teass me about it and i reported him for trolling and nothing happened. could i possibly get my ban lifted?

My account has been put on 24hr communication ban it's now been 27 hrs and I still can not communicate with anyone please lift the ban from my account

Xbox Live Communication Ban

I dont understand why i was communication banned i just said "Good Game" and the dude reported me and i have a communication ban for a week is there any way to lift this?

You can also try
removing the account profile from the console,
give the system a power cycle, and add the account again. Don't worry, your game saves are stored in the cloud, and game installations on the HDD should be left intact.

try removing the account from the console and then re adding it and see if that clears it up.
