Lifetime fertilizer commercial causes full system crash

everything plays fine on the lifetime app until this new fertilizer commercial comes on and then the whole console freezes and I have to turn it off and on again. It is just this one commercial, all others play fine. It has happened 8 times today. Someone
from lifetime please assist. Not entirely sure how to report problem to lifetime app directly.

How do you put the fertilizer in the sprinkler system in the Gardening quest?

It goes in the top of the sprinkler system. the console is towards the front and the special fertilizer goes in the console. note: If there is something already growing it will have to be grabbed first. The item obtained is great cause it fully heals you
and you can grow as many as you want.

Hey Mike,

When you shut down the Xbox, was it a full power off (press and hold power button for 10 seconds)?

It sounds like a process on the system crashed, causing the app to hang.
