Lifelong Xbox Fan

I have always used Xbox since the original despite only being 19. I have been a strong advocate over the years and remained loyal to the brand.

That said, too often do I get error codes due to Microsoft servers being down, this has begun to become a weekly occurrence. I understand problems arise, but it should never be this frequent.

I have contacted Xbox support several times and on several separate occasions just to be hung up on before I can get any information. Additionally, moderators lock and delete threads of others experiencing the same problem. Xbox support literally shuts down
all 'support' functions at the only times they are actually needed, and this is a slap in the face of all who willingly use their products and advocate for them such as myself.

For all of the thousands of dollars I have worked for and put into Xbox, these should not be problems. There is never any care for the customer besides fixing problem that was caused by the company (which should be a given) and even this is not communicated
well.

If Microsoft actually wants Xbox Scarlet to sell and not be a flop like Xbox one, they better fix their problems with support and functionality which is a whole separate story. I know that if these problems are not fixed, the days of buying Xbox products
is over for me which is sad considering I have spent the majority of my life with this console type.

Most importantly, don't hang up on your customer. That should be a given but I was hung up on several times with out receiving any information or speaking to anyone. For all I have invested, it seems like Xbox could care less about me or any others in my
same boat.
