Life Is Strange Update Error

I bought Life is Strange the other day, and all five parts of the game downloaded fine. When I went to start the game, it said that "Life is Strange needs an update," and began the update process. However, after this it's telling me "There was a problem
with the update," and directing me to xbox.com/xboxone/update/help. The help at that link seems to be mostly regarding system updates, not game updates, and I followed them as best I could, but nothing has helped so far. The network seems to be working, I've
changed my wired connection to a wireless to see if that could help and power cycled my console.

Any advice past this? I looked at the instructions for the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool, but it really seems to be for full system updates, and not game updates, and I'm not quite sure what to do past this point other than disconnect from the internet
in order to play the game.

Can't move games around in a group / create new group error code 0x800c000c

Same here with 3 Games : Life is Strange , Life is Strange : Before the Storm , Captain Spirit...

Error "0x800c000c" tried Power Cycle , deleting the Groups , they Re-Apear always after a Console Restart!

It said in the trailer that it was part 1 of 5, so I'm guessing it can't cost more than £5 for the first episode (Hopefully)

 

I bought this pack too and have the same issue I'd suggest going for a refund if the issue doesn't get solved.

 

I also have this problem, going offline let the game load but I encountered a problem where I could not get back to the dashboard. Currently reinstalling episode 1. Fingers crossed.

 

Reinstalling episode 1 seems to have fixed it.

 

Reinstalling ep 1 worked for me too. Didn't need an update either which was weird as an 'update' was causing the problem
