Life is strange - session pass

Hello, i bougth the session pass of life is strange, but when i try to download the other episodes, the sistem makes me buy the episodes.

In the tittle screen of the game i go to the option "play episodes" and there i can download free, but these never finish the download.

I uninstall the game and download again and delete the cache and the problem keep going.

Help plz...

Life is strange season pass

Please forgive me for asking an obvious question here, but did you only purchase the Season Pass or did you also purchase the first episode? The Season Pass does not include the first episode, only the subsequent episodes which are considered DLC. If you
purchase the Season Pass but not the game itself (which is what the first episode is considered as), you won't be able to play it or get your DLC in game.

 

Life Is Strange Season Pass

Hello,

I recently purchased the Life is Strange Season Pass for Episodes 2-5. But I am unable to download them for free in-game or at the market place. Instead it says that I'd charge me 4,99€.

I had bought the first episode on the same device but with another account. As I thought that this might have been the issue I re-purchased the game with the same account with which I bought the seasons pass (the same I am writing this post with). Unfortunately
I can still not get the other episodes for free.

My question: How can I make the season pass work for my account and get the episodes I payed for? If this is not possible for you to answer please tell me how I can get a refund for the season pass, as well as the additionally purchased first episode?

I'd appreciate to get some help on this.
