Life is strange 2 Episode 5 not running

I have Game Pass Ultimate and have been enjoying Life is strange 2. I installed episode 5 , but when i try to load my game save, the game does not recognise that E5 is installed and prompts me to buy the episode instead. I have tried uninstalling and
re-installing again, but this does not make any difference. Can anyone advise what else I could try?

Can you confirm if this is Life is Strange 1 or Life is Strange 2?

Life is Strange 2 Episode 5 is not on GamePass yet and will be added 90 days after the episode was released. So we are looking at it being added in 2020.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I might get it this weekend or next weekend. I liked and played through the 1st episode. Halo 5, Forza 6, and Life Is Strange Episode 5, I have a lot of backlog. Only some of my friends have done episode 2.

Make sure Life is Strange 2 episode 1 is installed as you need that to play episode 2.
