Life is strange 2 Episode 4 error download

Hello everyone,
I'm playing Life is strange 2 but unfortunately episode 4 doesn't let me download it. Up to 75% of downlod arrives and then I get written "download interrupted".
How can I solve it?

I tried to do this but nothing.
The installation stops.
This message comes out: "The installation could not be completed at this time. (0x87e0000f)

Hi there,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Try performing the hard reset exactly like this:

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Have you tried to restart the download or restart the xbox one of things that can help.

Can you confirm if this is Life is Strange 1 or Life is Strange 2?

Life is Strange 2 Episode 5 is not on GamePass yet and will be added 90 days after the episode was released. So we are looking at it being added in 2020.
