life expectancy of the xbox

Hi everyone, I am just curious about how long one can expect the Xbox to continue working well.

I bought an Xbox one S only about 18 months ago and now it is finally given up working after a number of periodic failures. I seriously doubt I will buy another Xbox.

Thoughts anyone? I am not impressed with the so called quality of this device at all.

I've had my Original xbox one since 2013 and the only problems I've ever found are the battery supply brick breaking. I would say its not to unusual to find one still working fine after 8+ years

Some of us had it for.10 years

Keep in mind what breaks the most are consumables and wear and tear items like hdd batteries and controllers and blurays drives due to the laser

You can't predict it because it depends on usage
