    So if I transfer my licensing to a Xbox One will my games on my 360 still be playable?

    Absolutely. If the primary gamertag is set as the Home tag on the console then any other tags will be able to access the games.

    Also, if the Home tag has an active Gold membership then it can share that membership out to all secondary tags so long as they have been added to the primary's family

    Premium licensing

    I buy the license for solitaire annually. I recently downloaded the app for my iPhone and got a special offer of premium membership which has now expired. I therefore have the ads running on my phone. The version on the phone syncs with my pc and vice versa,
    so the issue is not about my id.

    Your help area suggests contacting apple, which I did, they suggest contacting you.

    Is it possible to get the app on my phone to recognise my active licence?

    There is no way to transfer licenses between the 360 and One, so your licenses would remain the same on the 360.

    As Smwutches said your licenses will remain intact, but FYI only some games are backwards compatible on your Xbox One.

    There is nothing wrong with Sharing a Licensed Content. But this right here might get you in trouble, You're not allowed to "accept" Profile's from anyone. It's either yours or it's not.

    If you wish to not have your content on his console yes you would just have to delete the content from his console.

    This was actually fully explained to myself by a moderater some time ago. This is not marketplace theft you already purchased the content and therefore the licensing for said game dlc. All content has both a static(console) and roaming(gamertag) license
    you can without ban have the static license on another console and therefore your purchased content on another console. However by doing this you do restrict yourself as you now have only the roaming license for use on your console which will need to be signed
    into xbox live to use your content.

    The grey area's with this is when ppl start trading content via websites etc those are the more dubious grey areas that could get you in trouble.

    doing the licence transfer with a friend so both of you get the content can lead to an account ban.
