Licenses for this product have been used up?

Recently my HDD (Unfortunately) died (Click of Death style) so all of my files (Saves, games, movies, and TV episodes) are perma-gone.

I have been able to re-download almost everything, except my TV shows!

Just before the Click Of Death, I had purchased Archer Season 5 Season Pass and now each time I try to redownload them (The episodes) through my history it says:

"You have used up your licenses for this item."

How do I fix this?

It is the same console, but a new HDD. I used the 'Transfer Licenses' option and haven't had any problems, until this one.

How the XBox One should handle DRM / Game Licenses/ Used Games

I have an idea for how the XBox One should handle DRM / game licenses / used games. When the first customer buys the new product, they will get a Product Key. This key will be used once and give the user
a license to use the game. They key is then useless, and the game license is linked to the customer's account allowing them to download/play the game. The physical copies of games do not matter anymore as far as "owning" the game is concerned, all that matters
is the product key. This game/key will be linked with their account for as long as they like. But now if they want to sell their license of the game they can't just go sell their physical copy, because it is the key that allows them to play the game. So if
they want to sell their game, the XBox One should allow you to unlink the game from your account and generate a new product key. This would mean the original customer can no longer play that game until they link a game license back to their account. They can
now take this new product key and give it to a friend or sell it to a games retailer for whatever price they wish. The XBox One system would know it is a secondhand product key, and a small re-activation fee could easily be added. This would sit really well
with fans while still allowing Microsoft /developers to make money off of used games and manage the digital rights of their game effectively.

 

system update killed my hard drive

This is what can happen when you take the risk of using unauthorized 3rd party hardware. How is Microsoft responsible for compatibility and reliability issues with products it didn't make nor license? You took the risk and lost. You should have backed
up your saves and perhaps used the cloud storage for them. There is nobody here that can help with an unofficial 3rd party product. Sorry
