Discus and support Licenses error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My tag is , and I'm wanting remove the TCE, as I am no longer part of the clan.     Licenses error


    My tag is , and I'm wanting remove the TCE, as I am no longer part of the clan. Only issue is that I keep getting a license error, saying the license is outdated, corrupted, etc. Please help and/or explain.

    Licenses error

    Hi there,

    please check if your account details and payment options etc. are all correct and up to date at
    http://account.microsoft.com

    If all is correct, then try removing your profile and redownload it on the console. Between removal and redownload I suggest fully restarting the console.

    If that doesn't fix the issue, try changing the GT via the xbox.com via the steps mentioned here:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/change-xbox-live-gamertag

    If that also fails then it might be best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

    I've heard nothing here, and have gotten no response after 3 weeks from the actual support team. I'm guessing this is kind of a lost cause, but I'll bump this one more time just to see if anyone's found a fix for this yet.

    have you tried reinstalling the game?
    I have, unfortunately. I've tried reinstalling, disabling antivirus/firewall, rearranging permissions in my firewall, so on and so forth. No such luck. :(
