Hello, I had today a problem with a license transfer, in fact I wanted to transfer my games to my new console, but I accidentally left the transfer, so I have to wait 4 months before Do a new transfer but my old console (the one where there are all my games)
I have to give it in 1 month, could you please renew my license transfer? thank you in advance .

Are both profiles on the same console? Have you recently performed a license transfer? Any profile on a console that is licensed (ie, the console it was purchsed on or that the licenses were tranferred to) will be able to access the content. Only the profile
used to purchase it will be able to acces the content on a non-licensed console, and only when connected to LIVE.

Hello, here is my problem, i have two profiles, A and B,-I'm downloading a dlc with profile A, - until now the profile B can use this dlc, but since yesterday, B can't use this dlc, and when A profile that connects with profile B latter no longer use this
dlc, I already tried to download againand then from the deleted and download it yet, but it does not work, if you have a solution thanks.

If you want that counter reset then you will have to contact support directly as they are the only ones that can do it. Keep in mind since there is a 3 change per year limit they are not obligated to do it but definitely worth a try.

all you can do to solve this problem is to transfert the license from your account to your xbox the problem is due to the country location which is limited for some games, hope it solved your problem.

I cannot re download on new account with tranfert license ? transfert license takes language ?

My console is set to french (language and région)
