License Transferring

So I want to transfer a license for the destiny expansion pass from my brothers xbox to mine. I understand that he would be only account able to use the dlc on the original xbox if he did this. He's the only one that uses it anyway on that xbox. If we
use the license transfer option in the account settings, will it transfer all of his licenses for all of his games from the original xbox to the other one, or just the license for the destiny expansion when we download it? And will doing this get you banned?
Is it bad if we are just transferring a single piece of content between two xboxes and thats it?

License transfers are only meant to be used to transfer your licenses in the event you get a new console. It's not meant to be used as a way to get free stuff. So yes, using the license transfer like you are, it can be seen as marketplace theft and could
risk you getting banned.

License transfers will transfer all licenses on an account. It does not let you choose which ones.

The licenses are tied to the console so using the same hard drive would not transfer the licenses and licenses cannot be transferred via transfer cable. The only way to transfer licenses is through a licence transfer over Live.
