    I was just wondering that if you had a game on Xbox 360 that was obtained through a license transfer and that game is backwards compatible with the Xbox One. Would I be able to download that game on my Xbox One or not?

    Hey there,

    There is no way to see who has license transferred. You will have to wait until you can license transfer and when you can then license transfer.

    You can follow the steps
    here     if you think your account has been downloaded on another console.

    ColossalTitanRS,

    Games that were obtained through a license transfer on an Xbox 360 will not be eligible from the receiving account. If you wish to play those games, you will need to purchase them from your account.

    License transfers are from console to console.not accounts

    Also it is violation of the terms of use to do that worthy of a perm ban for marketplace theft

    You cannot use the license transfer except for your own personal use for your own content not someone elses in a way to get free games

    License transfers will transfer licenses for all of your games. There is no way to transfer just one license. So if you use the transfer tool again, it will move your Rockband licenses as well.

    The license transfer only transfers game licenses between console. There is now way to transfer games between accounts.

    License transfers will only transfer the licenses for the account you're signed into. So as long as he has had his own account and the games were purchased on his account, it will only transfer his licenses. If he was using your account, it would not be
    possible to transfer only those licenses. A license transfer does not let you pick and choose which licenses to transfer.

    I can't seem to play the full version of Minecraft while offline...

    Transfer the licenses. Even moving the game from console to usb will not transfer the licenses. Transfer all licenses to your new console and you will be good to go :)
