License Transfer?

Sorry if this post is in the wrong section, I'm new on the forums. Also sorry in advance, there will be lots of 1's and 2's in this post.

I have two XBL gold profiles, and an xbox for each. I bought a game on profile 1 know as P1 from now, on Xbox 1 known as X1 from now. AnywaysI downloaded the game I bought to X2 so that I could play it on P2 when I wanted. The game downloaded fine but I
couldn't launch the game on P2, so I signed in with P1 to do a License transfer, I know this only gives permission for other profiles on the console to use certain content. But even still I could not launch the game on P2 while using X2. I tried redownloading
the game to X2 and even still, it did not work. Can anyone help me?

License Transfer + Fifa12 Ultimate Team

License transfers will only transfer licenses between consoles. There is no way to transfer licenses between accounts.

Are you on an xbox one or on a 360? You cannot transfer licenses from account to account, BUT you CAN share user licenses, on the 360 it would be this

I guess I forgot to specify, I have 360's. And I've already been to that link, basically it says to how to use license transfer and how the licenses work, unless I'm missing something. As I said in my first post, I tried License Transfer, and that was two
days ago, so I can't try it again until January. If anyone has any info as to any possible solution, besides License Transfer please tell me, and if anyone can tell me why License Transfer didn't work for this, because it has for me in the past, please tell
me that too.

The licenses are tied to the console so using the same hard drive would not transfer the licenses and licenses cannot be transferred via transfer cable. The only way to transfer licenses is through a licence transfer over Live.

The license transfer tool is to transfer your licenses to another console in case you get a new console, not to transfer licenses between accounts. There is no way to transfer digital licenses to another account.
